The Committee on Science and Education recommends the Parliament to adopt the Draft Resolution on changing the Order of Computation of Time in the Territory of Ukraine

The draft resolution (Reg. No. 8330) suggests establishing the second time zone in the territory of Ukraine with one hour added.

The People´s Deputies believe that annual time conversion from winter to summer time "causes time stress and has a negative impact on the psychological and physical conditions of people, which results in greater loss than an insignificant energy saving."

The People´s Deputies informed that some countries had already refused from time conversion to winter and summer time.
